The International Alliance for Responsible Drinking (IARD) is delighted to announce Moët Hennessy, leader of Luxury Wines and Spirits as a new member.

Moët Hennessy joins 12 of the world’s leading wine, spirits, and beer producers, who have come together to promote a better understanding of responsible drinking and raise the wider industry standards.

Welcoming Moët Hennessy, IARD CEO and President Henry Ashworth said:

“We are delighted that Moët Hennessy has become an IARD member. As an industry leader with a strong global presence, Moët Hennessy puts sustainability at the heart of all it does. Its commitments to society, including promoting and building awareness around responsible drinking, are shared by all IARD members.

“We are seeing positive change in many parts of the world but there is still much work to be done. IARD is keen to work with other producers, as well as private, and public sector organizations and communities to help move from a shared agenda to shared solutions and to continue to build meaningful partnerships that set standards for our wider industry. Moët Hennessy shares this vision and we look forward to the value the group will add as an IARD member as we move forward.”

Philippe Schaus, CEO of Moët Hennessy commented:

“At Moët Hennessy, we believe our primary responsibility is to craft exceptional drinks and experiences, while ensuring that our products are enjoyed and savoured with moderation. As part of our journey to continue encouraging responsible choices, Moët Hennessy is very happy to join IARD, to support raising industry’s responsible consumption standards”
